奥氏体热变形过程中显微组织的变化规律是控制轧制工艺参数的基本依据。本实验采用阶梯状试样进行单道次热轧后淬火的方法,保留各形变温度下不同程度热变形后的奥氏体组织,在Neophot-2型金相显微镜和Quantimet720-30型图相分析仪上进行金相观察与定量分析,研究了16Mn钢奥氏体形变再结晶规律,奥氏体晶粒尺寸的变化,形变诱起相变,双相区形变和空冷转变后铁素体——珠光体组织的细化特征。
The variation rule of microstructure during the hot deformation of austenite is the basic basis for controlling the rolling process parameters. In this experiment, a step-like sample was used for single-pass hot rolling and then quenched. The austenite structure with different degrees of deformation under various deformation temperatures was retained.
