一、1993年我省取得防汛抗洪的胜利 1993年,全省受灾147县次。受灾农田74.4万公顷,约15万公顷绝收。受灾人口353万人,死亡79人。倒塌房屋1.06万间。死亡大牲畜4930头。冲毁公路492公里。损坏电力及通讯线路1676公里、水利设施2100多处。直接经济损失11.92亿元,略低于1992年。 1993年汛情有四个特点:一是汛情发生早。4月份陕南就发生了暴雨、冰雹和大风袭击,5月份渭河及其南山支流出现洪水。二是局部暴雨、冰雹频繁。全省一小时大于20毫米的点暴雨95站次,日雨量大于50毫米的157站次,汛期雨量达880毫米的有2县次。全省多次出现区域性大面积冰雹袭击,遭灾76县次,死亡20人,损失超过往年。三是延河流域发生1977年以来较大洪水。汛期有20条河流21个站段发生超警戒洪峰31次,黄河、渭河、汉江等主要江河洪峰相对平稳。延河流域因8月3日晚至4日凌晨突降20年一遇大暴雨,支流部分出现50～60年一遇洪水,延河甘
