白血病占癌瘤死亡的4%,并且是30岁以下病人恶性肿瘤死亡的主要原因。各种罕见的通常是死亡前白血病的胃肠合并症早已有报导。这些合并症发生率增加的原因,是由于应用新的积极的治疗方法,并延长了患者生命的结果。我们描述了相对的发病率与白血病有关的胃肠道疾病的一般X 线所见。并强调及时的诊断和治疗对预后的好处。
Leukemia accounts for 4% of cancer deaths and is the leading cause of death from malignancies in patients under 30 years of age. A variety of rare gastrointestinal complications, usually pre-death leukemia, have long been reported. The increased incidence of these comorbidities is due to the application of new and aggressive treatments and the prolongation of the patient’s life outcomes. We describe the general X-ray findings of relative incidence of gastrointestinal diseases associated with leukemia. And emphasizes the benefits of timely diagnosis and treatment for prognosis.
