由于选择性冠状动脉造影的开展,使先天性冠状动脉起始异常在临床上得以诊断。一种为左冠状动脉起始于右冠状窦;一种为右冠状动脉起始于左冠状窦。后者在临床上极少见。现报告1例。患者,男性51岁,发作性心前区压榨性疼痛6年,因疼痛变频、安静时发作入院。入院查:BP140/90mmHg,脉搏72次/分,心脏听诊除闻及第四心音外,无其他阳性发现。血糖、血脂不高,心胸比值为55%。心电图示:左室高电压,无ST、T改变。翌日
Due to the development of selective coronary angiography, congenital coronary artery anomalies are clinically diagnosed. One for the left coronary artery in the right coronary sinus; one for the right coronary artery in the left coronary sinus. The latter is rare in clinical practice. Now report 1 case. The patient, male, 51 years old, had episodic paroxysmal pain for 6 years and was hospitalized for frequency and when quiet. Admission check: BP140 / 90mmHg, pulse 72 beats / min, heart auscultation in addition to smell and the fourth heart sound, no other positive findings.
