本文在对现阶段人事档案管理工作的理论研究进行了归纳和分析,指出和分析了现有研究的不足的原因,为实现新形势下人事档案信息利用研究打下一定的基础。
This paper summarizes and analyzes the current theoretical research of personnel files management, points out and analyzes the reasons for the deficiencies of existing research, and lays a foundation for the research on the utilization of personnel files in the new situation.
