目的:了解不同年龄段、不同性别及不同季节儿童抗链球菌溶血素O(ASO)检测的阳性率,以便有效防治链球菌感染相关疾病。方法:选取我院儿科2013年就诊检测ASO的患儿4 052例,采用颗粒增强免疫透射比浊法检测ASO,从年龄、性别、季节三个方面对检测结果进行统计分析。结果:我院2013年儿童ASO检测阳性率为17.18%(696/4 052),男童和女童的ASO检测阳性率分别为19.76%(472/2 389)和13.47%(224/1 663)(P<0.01);0~3岁、4~6岁、7~9岁、10~12岁、13~15岁儿童ASO检测阳性率分别为0.47%、7.94%、33.80%、42.02%、30.67%(P<0.01);第一、二、三、四季度儿童ASO检测阳性率分别为19.37%、16.69%、14.14%、18.84%(P<0.01)。结论:ASO检测阳性多见于学龄期(>6岁)儿童,在婴幼儿(0~3岁)少见;男童ASO检测阳性率高于女童;链球菌感染好发于冬季和春季。
Objective: To understand the positive rate of anti-streptolysin (ASO) detection in children of different ages, different genders and different seasons in order to effectively prevent and treat streptococcal infection-related diseases. METHODS: A total of 4 052 children with ASO were examined in our pediatric department in 2013, and ASO was detected by particle-enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay. The results were statistically analyzed in terms of age, gender and season. Results: The positive rate of ASO in children in our hospital was 17.18% (696/4 052) in 2013, and the positive rates of ASO in boys and girls were 19.76% (472/2 389) and 13.47% (224/1 663) respectively P <0.01). The positive rates of ASO in children aged 0 ~ 3, 4 ~ 6, 7 ~ 9, 10 ~ 12 and 13 ~ 15 years old were 0.47%, 7.94%, 33.80%, 42.02% and 30.67% (P <0.01). The positive rates of ASO in the first, second, third and fourth quarters were 19.37%, 16.69%, 14.14% and 18.84% respectively (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The ASO test is more common in children of school age (> 6 years old), rare in infants and young children (0-3 years). The detection rate of ASO in boys is higher than that of girls. The prevalence of streptococcal infection in winter and spring is higher.
