本研究以血清辜九酮含量为观察指标,以氟化钠为受试物,对接触不同剂量受试组的雄性Wistar鼠进行了血清睾九酮含量测定,并对某铝厂氟接触连续12年以上的男性工人(37例)进行了血清睾九酮含量的检测。测定方法为WHO提供的放射免疫方法。结果表明,在大鼠接触剂量为0.7~11.2mg/kg体重,工人长期接触氟浓度为2.46~2.6mg/m ̄3的范围内,氟化物对反映雄性生殖系统内分泌机能的大鼠及人的血清睾丸酮含量均无明显影响。
