美国信息显示学会(简称SID)成立于1963年4月。从1970年开始举办国际讨论会,每年一次,一般在4—6月期间举行。从1976年开始在讨论会的前后增加了Seminar的内容,即邀请一些专家作专题演讲,内容属综述性质,参加听的人要交钱,且收费较贵。
American Society for Information Display (SID) was founded in 1963 April. International seminars have been held since 1970, once a year, usually during the April-June period. Since 1976, Seminar has been added before and after the seminar. Some experts are invited to give speeches. The content is of a general nature. Participants should pay more and charges more.
