With the support of Shangzhi Municipal Party Committee, Shanghai Municipal Government, Municipal Federation of Supply and Marketing Associations and Provincial Education Press, Heilongjiang Provincial Political Science Society convened its fourth congress in Yalibu from December 12 to December 14, 1995 to summarize the work of the Institute and to elect a new candidate A council, and “Deng Xiaoping’s political thought” as a topic, conducted a wide range of academic exchanges and discussions.
