分析了航天大功率无刷直流电动舵机的工作特点,设计了一种基于DSP+CPLD+IPM的电动舵机控制器。主要完成环路计算,信号的采样、滤波和综合以及故障保护,还提出了高可靠性的上下电管理方法,给出了相关硬件设计和程序设计框图,试验结果证明该舵机控制器具有精度高、响应速度快、可靠性高的优点。
