编辑出版地方志期刊是地方志工作的重要组成部分,如何提高质量、扩大影响是期刊编辑关注的热点。一、理论性与指导性是期刊生存与发展的前提和基础。二、规范性与制约性是刊物生存与发展的生命。三、时代性与创新性是刊物生存与发展的不竭动力。四、普及性与可读性是期刊服务社会的基本要求。在新形势下,地方志期刊既要坚守理论指导性又要增强可读性,既要保持学术性又要体现时代创新性,既要服务地方志事业又要服务社会。
Editing and publishing local periodicals is an important part of the work of local history. How to improve the quality and expand the influence is the focus of the journal editors.
