高职院校实训基地内涵建设是提升高职学生职业技能和职业素养的重要保障。文章以铁道信号自动控制专业实训基地内涵建设为例,从健全实训基地管理体制、营造实训基地职业文化氛围、科学规划专业实践教学体系和加强“双师型”实训师资队伍建设四个方面进行了有益探索与实践,为高职院校实训基地内涵建设提出了几点有价值的建议。
The Connotation Construction of Practical Training Base in Higher Vocational Colleges Is an Important Guarantee for Improving Professional Skills and Professional Accomplishments of Higher Vocational Students.
