目的 :研究乳腺癌组织中粘附分子 CD44 的表达及其对肿瘤发生、发展和转移的影响。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法 ,检测 30例乳腺癌和 10例乳腺良性肿瘤组织中 CD44 S、CD44 V3 及 CD44 V6 表达情况。结果 :CD44 S、CD44 V3 表达在乳腺癌和良性乳腺肿瘤组织中无显著差异 ,CD44 V6 表达在乳腺癌组织明显高于良性组织 ;CD44 v6 表达与临床分期相关 ,与病理类型无关 ;有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中 ,CD44 V6 表达明显高于无淋巴结转移者。结论 :CD44 (尤其是 CD44 V6 )的异常表达与乳腺癌的发生发展、浸润转移密切相关 ;对评价乳腺癌恶性程度、预测淋巴结转移和判断预后均有一定的参考价值
Objective: To study the expression of adhesion molecule CD44 in breast cancer and its effect on tumorigenesis, development and metastasis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD44 S, CD44 V3 and CD44 V6 in 30 cases of breast cancer and 10 cases of benign breast neoplasm. Results: There was no significant difference in the expression of CD44 S and CD44 V3 between breast cancer and benign breast tumor. The expression of CD44 V6 in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in benign breast. The expression of CD44 v6 correlated with clinical stage and had no correlation with pathological type. There was lymph node metastasis Of breast cancer tissue, CD44 V6 expression was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of CD44 (CD44 V6 in particular) is closely related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer and invasion and metastasis. It has some reference value for evaluating the malignant degree of breast cancer, predicting lymph node metastasis and prognosis
