通过对大豆等物料干燥特性的分析,利用传导、辐射、对流三种传热方式的原理,研制成蒸汽远红外热板式烘干机。测试结果表明,性能指标达到:能耗量3996KJ/kg·H_2O,干燥能力30300kg·％/h,干燥强度4.2kg/m~2·h。
Through the analysis of drying characteristics of soybeans and other materials, the use of conduction, radiation, convection three heat transfer principle, developed into a steam far-infrared hot plate dryer. The test results showed that the performance index reached 3996KJ / kg · H 2 O, the drying capacity was 30 300kg ·% / h and the drying strength was 4.2kg / m ~ 2 · h.
