激励教育是指在教育过程中对教育对象多一点积极的肯定、赞赏,少一些消极的否定、训斥的工作方式。在收容教育工作中,激励教育能够起到积极挽救、感化被收教人员并使之顺利回归社会的作用。要激励被收教人员的行为结果以强化其行为习惯;激励被收教人员的行为过程,激发其对生活的信心。
Incentive education means more positive affirmation and appreciation of educational objects in the process of education and less negative negation and scolding of working methods. In education for housing, motivational education can play an active role in salvage the probationers and facilitate smooth return to society. Incentives should be motivated by the results of behavior to reinforce their behavioral habits; motivate the behavior of those who were taught to stimulate their confidence in life.
