目的探讨米非司酮联合中药治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法选取开阳县人民医院妇产科2011年4月—2013年4月收治的72例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,采用抽签方式将其分为对照组和治疗组,各36例。对照组患者给予米非司酮治疗,治疗组患者给予米非司酮联合中药治疗,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为94.4%,高于对照组的77.8%(χ2=4.181,P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为8.3%,对照组为5.6%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.215,P>0.05)。结论米非司酮联合中药治疗异位妊娠效果良好,不良反应少,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Seventy-two patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, People’s Hospital of Kaiyang from April 2011 to April 2013 were enrolled in this study. Patients were divided into control group and treatment group by lottery. Patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone, patients in the treatment group were given mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.4%, which was higher than that in the control group (χ2 = 4.181, P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 8.3% and in the control group 5.6%, the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 = 0.215, P> 0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy with good results, fewer adverse reactions, safe and reliable.
