患者,女,43岁,农民,因上腹部胀痛1年伴呕吐就诊。居住在血吸虫病流行区,有频繁血吸虫疫水接触史,有慢性胃炎治疗史。入院后体格检查:体温36.9℃,心率85次/分钟,呼吸20次/分钟,血压100/65 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),神志清,精神一般,慢性贫血貌,口唇欠红润,指甲苍白,皮肤巩膜无黄染,全身皮肤未见皮疹及出血点,锁骨上淋巴结未扪及,心肺(-),腹软,剑突下有压痛,无肿块、无反跳痛,肝脾肋缘下未及,移动
