长藤结瓜式水利系统是实现丘陵山区水利化的主要措施,我市青原山引蓄水灌区工程就是这样的水利系统。它系由一处引水陂坝、一条长11.13公里、引水流量5立米/秒的盘山引水干渠、八座水库和一千多口塘堰组合而成的,有调节单首制长藤结瓜式水利系统,引蓄青原溪溪水的灌溉工程,如图1所示。它的建成,使河东地区2.2万亩水田中的1.9万亩农田得到灌溉,水利面貌大为改观,对促进农业生产发展起了重要作用,也为全面解决我市丘陵山区的水利问题创造了良好的条件并提供了丰富的经验,成绩是很大的。但对照加速实现四个现代化的要求,该工程在设计施工中,有下列几个问题,还是值得探讨和研究的。
