根据中共中央、国务院批准的《北京市党政机构改革方案》和《北京市人民政府关于机构设置的通知》(京政发[2000]2号),设置北京市新闻出版局(简称市新闻出版局),挂北京市版权局(简称市版权局)牌子。市新闻出版局(市版权局)是主管本市新闻出版事业和著作权管理的市政府直属机构;在著作权管理上,以市版权局名义单独行使职权。
According to the “Reform Plan of Beijing’s Party and Government Organizations” approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and the “Notice on the Establishment of Institutions by the Beijing Municipal People’s Government” (GZF [2000] No. 2), the Beijing Municipal Press and Publication Bureau Bureau), hanging Beijing Copyright Bureau (City Copyright Bureau) brand. The Municipal Bureau of Press and Publication (Municipal Copyright Bureau) is the municipality directly under the authority responsible for the administration of press and publication and copyrights in this Municipality. In the management of copyrights, the municipal authority independently exercises its functions and powers in the name of Municipal Copyright Bureau.
