急诊医学是一门新兴的跨学科、综合性的医学科学,也是临床医学的第一窗口。它既有自己的独立体系,又与其它科室密不可分。因此,急诊工作的好坏是一所医院医学水平高低的综合反映。这就要求我院急诊工作者既要努力提高管理水平,改善医疗质量,总结积累经验,尽快全面掌握急救医学的特点与规律,提高抢救成功率;又要积极推动和促进我国急救医学事业发展,达到早日赶超国际先进水平的目的。为此,特将我院近年来制定、贯彻落实的急诊医学管理体系与模式介绍如下。

This requires that the emergency workers in our hospital must strive to improve the management level, improve the quality of medical care, sum up experience, grasp the characteristics and laws of emergency medicine as soon as possible, and increase the success rate of rescue; and also actively promote and promote the development of emergency medical services in China. To achieve the goal of catching up with the international advanced level as soon as possible. For this purpose, the emergency medical management system and model formulated and implemented in our hospital in recent years are described below.
