患者,男性,44岁,江苏海安人,农民。主诉:左下牙龈及左肩部肿痛一月余。患者于1984年11月因上腹痛发作经纤维胃镜检查,活检病理切片诊断:胃腺癌。行胃癌根治术。术后10个月左下牙龈处出现一肿物且疼痛,逐渐增大,即作肿块活检,病理报告为转移性腺癌,(可能来自消化道)。同时左肩部亦觉肿痛,X线片提示左肱骨上段转移性癌。查体:一般情况差,消瘦,贫血貌。左锁骨上触及花生米大小淋巴结一枚,质硬,固定。口腔:1567局部隆起呈菜花样,表面充血,新
