作者介绍了8例出现单侧面部疼痛的肺癌病例。患者年龄34～78岁,平均55.3岁,男5人,女3人,均有吸烟史。面部疼痛7例在右侧,1例在左侧,开始局限在耳部及其周围,然后逐渐扩散至整个半侧面部,疼痛往往使患者感到痛苦。神经系统检查、头颅X线检查和脑CT扫描均无异常发现。出现面部疼痛到发现同侧肺癌的间期以6周到4年不等。肺癌组织学分型:腺癌3例,鳞状细胞癌2例,小细胞癌和未分化癌各1例,另外1例未进行病理组织学检查。对7个病人进行了针对肿瘤部位的放疗,结果面部疼痛均得到缓解。
The author introduced 8 cases of lung cancer with unilateral lateral pain. The patients aged 34 to 78 years old, with an average age of 55.3 years, 5 men and 3 women, all had a history of smoking. 7 cases of facial pain on the right, 1 case on the left, began to confine in and around the ear, and then gradually spread to the entire half of the side, the pain often makes the patient feel pain. Nerve system examination, skull X-ray examination and brain CT scan were not found abnormal. From facial pain to the discovery of ipsilateral lung cancer, the interval varies from 6 weeks to 4 years. Histological classification of lung cancer: 3 cases of adenocarcinoma, 2 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 1 case of small cell carcinoma and 1 case of undifferentiated carcinoma, and 1 case without histopathological examination. Radiotherapy to the tumor site was performed on 7 patients and facial pain was relieved.
