目的本文主要对端粒酶hTERT与宫颈癌SiHa细胞增殖及侵袭能力进行研究。方法应用免疫组化SABC法检测hTERT及Bcl-2在80例宫颈鳞癌及20例正常宫颈组织中的表达。采用MTT法测定015对Siha细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果在正常宫颈组织和宫颈癌组织中,hTERT表达的阳性率与表达阳性率,对比差异显著,具有统计意义(P<0.05)。MTT法检测显示Ori有利于抑制SiHa细胞的生长,且与浓度和时间具有正相关的联系。结论相对于正常的正常宫颈组织,hTERT、Bcl-2蛋白在宫颈鳞癌组织中阳性表达率比较高。Ori有利于抑制SiHa细胞增殖及侵袭能力。
Purpose This paper mainly studies the ability of telomerase hTERT and proliferation and invasion of cervical cancer SiHa cells. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of hTERT and Bcl-2 in 80 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue. The inhibitory effect of 015 on Siha cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay. Results In normal cervical tissues and cervical cancer tissues, the positive rate of hTERT expression and the positive rate of expression were significantly different (P <0.05). The results of MTT assay showed that Ori could inhibit the growth of SiHa cells and had a positive correlation with the concentration and time. Conclusion Compared with normal cervical tissue, the positive rate of hTERT and Bcl-2 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma is relatively high. Ori is beneficial to inhibit the proliferation and invasion of SiHa cells.
