对嘉陵江短尾鮠的繁殖作了研究,主要研究了短尾鮠的生殖群体、繁殖力和胚胎发育。采用LRH-A、HCG加鲢脑垂体催产短尾鮠获得成功,催产适宜水温23～26℃,效应时间10～14h,胚胎发育较快,感官、须等在出膜之前出现。
The research on the reproduction of the short-tailed manta rays in Jialing River mainly studied the reproductive population, fecundity and embryo development of short-tailed manta rays. Adopting LRH-A and HCG plus silver carp pituitary gland to produce short-tailed marmot was successful. The appropriate water temperature was 23-26 ℃ and the effect time was 10-14h. Embryonic development was rapid and the sensory organs had to wait before the film appeared.
