对杨属(Populus)白杨组(SectionPopulus)9种核型进行了分析,结果如下:银白杨(P.albaL.),2n=28=1M+30m+4sm(1SAT)+1st(1SAT)+2t;新疆杨(P.albavar.pyramidalis),2n=38=1M+24m+6sm+5st(1SAT)+2t(1SAT);河北杨(P.hopeiensisHuetChow),2n=38=1M+25m+8sm+4st;毛白杨(P.tomentosaCarr),2n=38=1M+27m+2sm+6st+2st;欧洲山杨(P.tremulaL.),2n=38=27m(1SAT)+6sm+5st(2SAT);银新杨(P.albabolleana),2n=38=1M+24m+7sm(1SAT)+5st(1SAT)+1t;鄂西毛白杨(P.tomentosavar.Exi),2n=38=26m+5sm+4st+3t;喇叭1号(P.da-vidianaDodeCLalba-1),2n=38=3M+23m(1SAT)+6sm+6st(1SAT),B14杨(P·×ZhongbainensisB14),2n=38=22m+6sm(1SAT)+7st+3t。白杨组种间核型有显著差异,说明它们的起源各异,其核型特征为白杨组种间鉴定提供了参考依据。
Nine karyotypes of Populus Populus were analyzed. The results were as follows: P.albaL., 2n = 28 = 1M + 30m + 4sm (1SAT) + 1st (1SAT) + 2t ; P.albavar.pyramidalis, 2n = 38 = 1M + 24m + 6sm + 5st (1SAT) + 2t (1SAT); HebeiPhopeiensisHuetChow, 2n = 38 = 1M + 25m + 8sm + 4st ; P. tomentosa Carr, 2n = 38 = 1M + 27m + 2sm + 6st + 2st; P. tremula L. 2n = 38 = 27m 1SAT + 6sm + 5st 2SAT; P. albabolleana, 2n = 38 = 1M + 24m + 7sm (1SAT) + 5st (1SAT) + 1t; P. tomentosavar.Exi, 2n = 38 = 26m + 5sm + 4st + 3t; P.da-vidiana Dodecalba-1, 2n = 38 = 3M + 23m (1SAT) + 6sm + 6st (1SAT) 1SAT) + 7st + 3t. Poplar interspecific karyotypes were significantly different, indicating their different origins, and its karyotype characteristics for the identification of Poplar interspecies provide a reference.
