江泽民同志指出:“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。”然而,我国传统教育重视共性培养,忽视个性发展,学生的创新精神缺少必要的土壤。加之应试教育指挥棒的作用,教师按考点教,学生照教点学,成绩至上,一谈创新便如同谈虎色变,更谈不上什么创新行动了。可喜的是,随着教育体制改革的深入、素质教育的大力推行及减负工程在全国轰轰烈烈的开展,如何培养学生的创新能力,已引起全社会的关注。
