矿用高压供电设备温度过高时容易发生故障,由于供电设备周围存在大量的感应磁场,影响红外测温仪测量的准确性。红外测温仪的屏蔽外壳的材料为硅钢,镜头窗口处的电磁泄漏是电磁屏蔽效能下降的主要原因。在镜头窗口贴上ITO膜后,仿真得出的屏蔽效能达到了A级50dB以上,满足了屏蔽效能要求,提高了温度测量的准确性。
