本文在大量研究的基础上分析和批判了目前在国内外仍在采用的带传动弹性滑动理论,在批判的基础上建立了自己的理论。本文经过分析计算后指出:带的弹性滑动不引起速度损失,只引起功率损失;带的弹性才引起传动的速度损失,弹性滑动不过是前者的派生现象;带弹性产生的相对速度损失等于弹性滑动产生的相对功率损失;为了提高带传动的效率,应适当提高带材料的弹性模量;新型的同步齿形带传功应根据本文理论改进轮齿周节的设计才能提高传动质量。
Based on a large number of researches, this paper analyzes and criticizes the present theory of elastic sliding with transmission, which is still used at home and abroad, and establishes its own theory on the basis of criticism. After the analysis and calculation, the paper points out that the elastic sliding of the belt does not cause the speed loss and only the power loss; the elastic of the belt causes the speed loss of the transmission, but the elastic sliding is only the derivative of the former; the relative speed loss caused by the elasticity is equal to the elastic sliding In order to improve the efficiency of the belt drive, the elastic modulus of the belt material should be properly increased. The new type of synchronous belt transmission should improve the transmission quality according to the theory of this paper.
