肺母细胞瘤是罕见的原发性恶性肿瘤 ,我们遇到 1例 ,报告如下 :病人 ,男 ,5 8岁 ,胸闷气短一月 ,查体 :右肺叩实音 ,右肺上呼吸音消失。X线与 CT表现 :右上肺类圆形包块大小约 8cm× 6 cm×7cm,密度均匀 ,边缘光滑 ,周围肺野与肺门及纵隔未见异常(图 1,2 )。手术与病理所见 :右
Pulmonary blastoma is a rare primary malignancy.
