目的 观察β -七叶皂苷钠对大鼠脑出血后脑水含量及脑组织超微结构变化的影响。 方法 采用RosenberR脑内立体定向注射Ⅶ型胶原酶诱发大鼠脑出血模型。将SD大鼠 78只随机分为假手术组、出血组、出血干预组及对照组。以干湿重法测定脑含水量 ,利用草酸 -焦锑酸钾电镜化学技术观察脑出血周围组织超微结构的改变。结果 干预组脑含水量明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。超微结构观察给药组神经元及内皮细胞肿胀程度较对照组明显减轻。结论 β -七叶皂苷钠对脑出血后脑水肿的治疗作用值得肯定。
Objective To observe the effect of β - sodium aescinate on changes of brain water content and ultrastructure of brain after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. Methods Intracerebral stereotactic injection of type Ⅶ collagenase into RosenberR brain was used to induce intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. 78 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, hemorrhage group, hemorrhage intervention group and control group. The brain water content was measured by dry-wet method. The ultrastructure of peri-hematogenous tissue was observed by electron microscopy with oxalic acid-potassium antimonite. Results The brain water content in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). The degree of swelling of neurons and endothelial cells in the ultrastructure observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of β - sodium aescinate on cerebral edema after intracerebral hemorrhage is worthy of recognition.
