本文针对齿轮表面宽带激光强化工艺的特点, 提出了采用该工艺所需的关键技术。实验结果表明, 在采用所提出的关键技术条件下, 对齿轮进行宽带激光强化处理, 获得了沿齿廓均匀分布的硬化层
In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of wideband laser intensification on gear surface, the key technologies required by this technology are put forward. The experimental results show that under the condition of the key technology proposed, the gears are subjected to the broadband laser strengthening treatment, and the hardened layers uniformly distributed along the tooth profile are obtained
