在党的群众路线教育实践活动背景下,回顾、总结和探讨一下我党和人民群众的关系是很有必要的。我党历来重视党同人民群众的关系,把群众路线作为我党革命、建设和改革开放各项事业取得胜利的法宝。看起来,中国共产党和人民群众的关系似乎是一个简单命题,其实不然。党和群众的关系是一个很思辨的历史性命题。在历史上和我党发展的过程中,关于党和群众的关系论述颇多、视角颇多、描述颇多。
Under the background of the practice of the party’s mass line education practice, it is necessary to review and summarize and discuss the relations between our party and the people. Our party has always attached great importance to the party’s relations with the people and the masses and has taken the mass line as a magic weapon to victory in all its undertakings in our party’s revolution, construction, and reform and opening up.
