建设学习型党组织是加强基层党建的一项基础性、长期性任务。哈尔滨热电公司是一个有着55年历史的新中国第一座“三自”电厂,也就是今天黑龙江省内规模最大、实力最强的热电联产企业。在创建学习型党组织过程中,哈热公司党委按照科学发展观的要求,将理论与实际相结合、学习型党组织与学习型企业相促进,在树立学习理念、完善学习制度、探索学习方式等方面,进行了一些有益的实践与探索,促进了企业的科学发展。
Building a learning party organization is a basic and long-term task of strengthening party building at the grass-roots level. Harbin Thermoelectric Company is a 55-year-old new China’s first “three-self” power plant, which is today the largest and most powerful cogeneration enterprise in Heilongjiang Province. During the process of establishing learning party organizations, Party committees of Haage Company, in accordance with the requirements of the scientific concept of development, combine theory with practice, and promote learning party organizations and learning-based enterprises. While establishing learning philosophy, improving learning system and exploring ways of learning Etc., conducted some useful practices and exploration, and promoted the scientific development of enterprises.
