目的:研究江香薷药材中的挥发性成分。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取江香薷药材中的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析鉴定,并采用峰面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对含量。结果:共分离出35个化学成分,其中30个化学成分匹配度都在90%以上,占挥发油总量的79.10%。其中含量高于1%成分的有8个,以2,3,5,6-四甲基苯酚含量最高(24.69%),其次是4-松油醇(22.03%)、香芹酚乙酸酯(10.28%)、4-异丙基甲苯(9.07%)、肉豆蔻醚(4.46%)、丹皮酚(3.67%)、二氢香芹酮(2.90%)和丁香烯(2.00%)。结论:香薷挥发油中主要化学成分以萜类化合物为主,以倍半萜种数最多,且多是15个碳以下的小分子化合物。
Objective: To study the volatile constituents in Jiang Xiang Ju medicine. Methods: Volatile components in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were extracted by steam distillation and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization. Results: A total of 35 chemical constituents were isolated. The match of 30 chemical constituents was over 90%, accounting for 79.10% of the total volatile oil. Among them, 8 were higher than 1%, 2,3,5,6-tetramethylphenol was the highest (24.69%), followed by 4-terpineol (22.03%), carvacrol acetate (10.28%), 4-isopropyl toluene (9.07%), myristyl ether (4.46%), paeonol (3.67%), dihydrocarvone (2.90%) and caryophyllene (2.00%). CONCLUSION: The main chemical constituents of the volatile oil are mainly terpenoids, with the largest number of sesquiterpenes, and most of them are small molecule compounds with 15 carbons or less.
