1992年2月,B股市场诞生。 1992年5月,沪市B股指数创下历史最高点140.85点。1999年3月,沪市、深市B股指数分别创下了21.24点和323.19点的历史最低纪录。 1996年1月3日,国务院《境内上市外资股的规定》发布施行,B股市场有了首部全国性法规。 1996年12月,A、B股同时实行涨跌幅限制。
February 1992, B-share market was born. May 1992, the Shanghai stock index hit a record high of 140.85 points. In March 1999, the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen B-share indices hit record lows of 21.24 points and 323.19 points respectively. On January 3, 1996, the State Council issued the “Regulations on Domestically Listed Foreign-funded Shares”, with the first national laws and regulations on the B-share market.
