随着社会经济和人文社会的发展,我们的国家和民族已经逐步迈入了社会道德建设的风潮中,我们的社会的各种制度也朝着完善齐全的地步发展,但是我们在发展的过程中往往会遇到许多问题,我们也对这些问题作出了一定的思考和探索。社会的主要发展离不开人事管理的结果,在我国人事档案管理改革中,我们主要存在的四个主要问题,即人事档案的所有权问题、人事档案相对人的权利保障问题、人事档案的管理权问题及人事档案的管理模式问题等,这些问题对于我们的人事档案管理来说非常重要,我们的社会各类人才也对这种人事档案管理进行了一定的总结和整理,我们的人事档案管理改革应该是科学和严谨的态度,也应该对这种改革进行深入的思考和发展。
