高速公路的发展水平既是一个国家经济实力和经济发展水平的重要标志之一,同时也是一个国家经济发展活力的重要标志。“十五”计划纲要提出,2005年我国高速公路通车里程要达到2.5万公里。也就是说,5年内我国还需投资2700—3000亿元,再修建9000多公里高速公路,平均每年将有近2000公里建成并投入使用。那么,“十五”期间我国为何还要大修高速公路?针对此问题,交通部规划研究院高级工程师赵儒玉作了深入的剖析。
