文化产业的发展是时下经济发展的热议话题。在国家宏观政策的调控下,无数家民营企业打着文化的名号蜂拥而至。但短暂的狂热过后才发现,文化产业的现状是鱼龙混杂,钻政策空子、套政府补贴的伪文化企业不计其数,真正愿意全心投入文化事业的和有能力实现可持续发展的企业实属凤毛麟角。无论是西方国家自由发展式的文化产业模式,还是我国以政策主导的形式,在中国都遇到了发展的瓶颈。而宁波民和作为一家民营企业,试图用一种全新的管理运营模式,来实现文化的繁荣,创造文化的财富。
The development of cultural industries is a hot topic of economic development nowadays. Under the control of the state’s macroeconomic policies, countless private enterprises flock to the name of culture. However, after a short period of fanaticism, it was discovered that the status quo of cultural industries is mixed with many dragons and diamonds and there are so many false cultural enterprises subsidized by the government. Enterprises that are truly willing to dedicate themselves to cultural undertakings and have the ability to achieve sustainable development are extremely rare . Whether it is the free-developing mode of cultural industries in the western countries or the policy-led form of our country, all have encountered bottlenecks in development in China. Ningbo Minhe, as a private-owned enterprise, tries to achieve a culture of prosperity and cultural wealth through a new management and operation mode.
