老年人心律失常较常见,既可以是某些其他原发疾病的表现之一,亦可单独存在。2003年以来,我们对经心电图检查证实的老年心律失常310例进行了分析。现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况310例中,男202例,女108例;年龄60～96岁。其中60～64岁102例,65～69岁60例,70～74岁70例,75～79岁43例,80岁以上35例。原发疾病:冠心病137例(44.2%),肺源性心脏病47例(15.2%),高血压性心脏病31例(10.0%),高血压病26
Arrhythmias in the elderly are more common and can be either one of the manifestations of some other primary diseases or they can be done alone. Since 2003, we have analyzed 310 cases of elderly arrhythmia confirmed by electrocardiogram. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General 310 cases, 202 males and 108 females; aged 60 to 96 years.
