1991年起,对外贸企业取消出口补贴,实行自负盈亏的经营机制.经过近一年的实践,还有不少的地县外贸企业不适应这种经营机制的转变,出现了出口供货额大幅度下降、经济效益滑坡等情况,处境十分艰难.在自负盈亏的经营机制下,地县外贸企业如何尽快冲出低谷,求得长足的发展.对此,由“扩大速度型”向“质量、品种、效益型”转变是地县外贸企业健康发展的经济规律,摆脱困境的重要途径.
