第四部分:深化价格改革的思路治理整顿以来,物价工作适应经济形势的变化,工作重点有了根本性转变。即从单纯地控制物价总水平转变为“既要稳定物价,又要振兴经济”。特别是要按照《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展十年规划和“八五”计划的建议》,运用价格的杠杆作用,促进国民经济持续、稳定、协调地发展。因此在科学分析价格改革时机的基础上深化价格改革是当前物价政策的一个基本内容,必须认真加以研究。
Part IV: Thoughts on Deepening Price Reform Since the rectification of prices, price adjustments have adapted to the changes in the economic situation and the focus of work has been fundamentally changed. That is to say, from simply controlling the general price level to “necessarily stabilizing prices and revitalizing the economy.” In particular, according to the “Proposal for the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the 10-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the “Eighth Five-Year Plan,” the use of price leverage will promote the sustained, stable, and coordinated development of the national economy. Therefore, on the basis of scientific analysis of the timing of price reform, deepening price reform is an essential part of current price policy and must be carefully studied.
