由西安宏达微电子技术研究所与西安交通大学共同研制的电弧炉短网电流微机控制系统,已通过陕西省科委和省技术监督局主持的专家鉴定,随即投入批量生产。 新型DW型系列电弧炉是冶金部推广的新技术、新成果,而电弧炉的短网电流控制是推广新型电炉的技术难题。该系统采用了国际先进的电子测控技术,配有性能优越的TD240—STD微机为中央控制系统,并设有M84A─002型编程多机系统作为输入输出处理器。为提高控制可靠性,选配了抗干扰隔离式净化电源保护装置;还采用了PID自动调节新技术,通过输入输出系统可同时实现对电弧炉短网电流的自动调节。
Developed by the Xi’an Institute of Microelectronics Technology and Xi’an Jiaotong University, short-circuit current arc micro-computer control system has passed the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Commission and the Bureau of Technical Supervision presided over the identification of experts, and then put into mass production. The new DW series electric arc furnace is a new technology promoted by the Ministry of Metallurgy, new achievements, and short-circuit current control of electric arc furnace is to promote the technical problems of new electric furnace. The system uses the international advanced electronic measurement and control technology, with TD240-STD superior performance of the computer as the central control system, and with M84A ─002-based programming multi-machine system as the input and output processors. In order to improve the control reliability, anti-interference isolation purifying power protection device is selected; new technology of PID automatic adjustment is also adopted. Through the input and output system, automatic adjustment of short-circuit current of arc furnace can be realized at the same time.
