介绍了利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察掺杂少量K_2O、SiO_2、Al_2O_3的Φ0.6mm高温钼丝及热处理前后显微组织的变化,测量了钼丝的抗拉强度、延伸率、弯折次数和显微硬度,研究了热处理温度和时间对高温钼丝室温机械性能的影响。结果表明:随热处理温度的提高,高温钼丝抗拉强度和显微硬度下降,延伸率和弯折次数上升,但达到一定温度后降低;随热处理时间的延长,高温钼丝的抗拉强度、显微硬度降低,弯折次数、延伸率升高,达到一定时间后,变化趋于平稳。
The changes of microstructure of Φ0.6mm high temperature molybdenum wire doped with a small amount of K 2 O, SiO 2 and Al 2 O 3 before and after heat treatment were observed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The effect of heat treatment temperature and time on the mechanical properties of high temperature molybdenum wire at room temperature was studied.
