目的研究新疆地州市级卫生监督机构的卫生人力资源现状,为合理配置地州市级卫生监督人员提供依据。方法采用普查法对2009年新疆14所地州市级卫生监督机构进行调查,采用χ2检验对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 14所地州市级卫生监督机构的人员编制383人,在岗人员数372人;学历构成以大专学历为主占44.35%,其次是本科及以上占33.06%,中专为22.58%;专业构成以预防专业为主占46.51%;年龄分布主要集中于36~45岁年龄段,占42.47%。结论地州市级卫生监督机构卫生人员数量偏少,各机构间水平不全相同。建议制定市级卫生监督机构人员配置标准,合理配置人力,建设一支职业化的卫生监督队伍。
Objective To study the status quo of health human resources in prefectural health supervision agencies in Xinjiang and provide the basis for rational allocation of prefectural health supervision personnel. Methods The census method was used to investigate the municipal health supervision agencies of 14 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang in 2009, and the results of the survey were statistically analyzed by χ2 test. Results There were 383 staffing positions in 37 prefectures and cities and 372 in-service staffing levels. The academic background mainly consisted of 44.35% of junior college graduates, followed by 33.06% of undergraduates and 22.58% of secondary school graduates. The professional composition Mainly to prevent the professional accounted for 46.51%; age distribution mainly concentrated in the 36-45 age group, accounting for 42.47%. Conclusion The number of health workers in prefectural health supervision agencies is too small, and the levels among different agencies are not the same. It is suggested that the staffing standards for municipal health supervision agencies should be formulated, manpower should be rationally allocated, and a professional health supervision team should be constructed.
