我市职工思想政治工作研究会于1984年3月成立,现有团体会员单位115个,基层研究会346个,研究学组8个。几年来,我们不断适应改革形势的要求,注意调动各方面的力量,取得了一批研究成果,受到了基层的好评。在实际工作中,注意发挥三个方面的作用:一、改革研究会领导体制,发挥团体会员的作用我市研究会原来实行的是理事会制。这种领导体制是在没有发展团体会员的情况下确定的。随着团体会员的增多,理事会制明避地存在三个问题:一是研究会的主体(团体会员)大都不是理事会成员,而许多起决策作用的理事的单位又不是团体会员,不能代表会员的意愿,使研究会的决策层同研究
