常熟市莫城幼儿园创办于1951年8月,2002年由虞山镇人民政府投资易地新建,2003年10月正式投入使用,下设3所分园。目前幼儿园本部共设16个班,在园幼儿500多名;分园共设9个班,在园幼儿300多名。本部及分园教职工共有87人。近10多年来,莫城幼儿园在接受常熟市教育局幼教教育质量发展性评估中连连获得A等幼儿园荣誉称号,赢得了家长的一致称赞,获得了广泛的社会声誉。莫城幼儿园这么多年能保持一路领先的办园质量,其秘诀是什么?在整洁、精致的园长室里,我们与毛敏华园长相谈甚欢,终于找到了答案。
Changshu Mo City Kindergarten was founded in August 1951, in 2002 by the Yushan Town People’s Government to invest in new construction, in October 2003 formally put into use, under the 3 sub-park. The kindergarten headquarters currently consists of 16 classes, more than 500 children in the park; sub-park a total of 9 classes, more than 300 children in the park. The headquarters and sub-park faculty a total of 87 people. In the recent 10 years, Meicun Kindergarten received the honorary title of “A” and “Kindergarten” again and again in the assessment of preschool education quality development of Changshu City Board of Education. It won the unanimous praises of parents and gained wide social reputation. Meicheng kindergarten so many years to maintain the quality of the park along the leading road, what is the secret? In a neat, sophisticated room of the director, we met with Mao Minhua, director, and finally found the answer.
