随着高新技术产业的蓬勃发展和市场经济的激烈竞争,利益争夺的形式和内容更加复杂,有技术的较量,有市场的拼搏。但是,也有一些利欲熏心的人凭借自己的“聪明才智”从事高智能犯罪。或伪造,或假冒,或欺诈,或利用计算机、电子等设备和技术进行非一般人所能完成的犯罪。这类犯罪严重破坏了社会主义市场经济秩序,扰乱了社会治安,给犯罪预防和犯罪控制带来很大难度。因此,研究高智能犯罪的特征、类型、成因及防控策略,对加强同高智能犯罪的防控有着重大意义。
