应该说,我国企业对WTO这个名词已经相当熟悉了,因为在10年前,我们就开始了加入关贸总协定的谈判,同时,国内也进行了一轮又一轮的研讨和培训,企业随之也就开始了长达10多年的“入关”梦想(无论是好梦还是噩梦)。 时至今日,中国加入世界贸易组织(WTO)已是板上钉钉的事。“狼”终于来了。然而当我们向许多企业问起如何应对WTO时,不少企业管理者仍然是一脸的茫然和紧张。我们不得不思考:这是为什么?中国企业到底从何做起?
