以5052铝合金为对象,利用化学镀的方法制备Ni-P镀层使5052铝合金表面强化,在盐雾腐蚀试验机上进行耐腐蚀实验,观察分析腐蚀后的表面-界面形貌和物相组成等。结果表明,Ni-P镀层是由结合紧密的胞状颗粒构成。腐蚀后,Ni-P镀层中产生黑色的碳硅氧化物杂质,削弱镀层的耐腐蚀性能。
To 5052 aluminum alloy as the object, the electroless plating method was used to prepare Ni-P coating to strengthen the surface of 5052 aluminum alloy. The corrosion resistance was tested on the salt spray corrosion testing machine. The surface morphology, phase morphology and phase composition were observed and analyzed . The results show that the Ni-P coating is composed of closely packed cell-like particles. Corrosion, the Ni-P coating produces carbon black silicon oxide impurities, weakening the corrosion resistance of the coating.
