研究了耐热炉排材料在950℃下的高温氧化行为。结果表明,ZG30Cr26Ni4和RTCr18为抗氧化级别,RTCr28Ni4为完全抗氧化级别。ZG30Cr26Ni4的氧化以氧向金属内部扩散为主;RTCr28Ni4的氧化则同时受氧向内部和金属离子向外扩散控制;RTCr18的氧化膜分为三层,氧化表层的形成以氧向内扩散为主,Si O2非晶层以内氧化层的形成则由金属离子向外扩散和氧向内扩散控制。ZG30Cr26Ni4和RTCr28Ni4的氧化膜较薄且致密完整,氧化膜对基体的附着性好,而RTCr18的氧化膜较厚,容易开裂剥落。相比之下,RTCr28Ni4的抗氧化性能最好。
The high temperature oxidation behavior of heat-resistant grate material at 950 ℃ was studied. The results showed that, ZG30Cr26Ni4 and RTCr18 antioxidant level, RTCr28Ni4 complete antioxidant level. The oxidation of ZG30Cr26Ni4 is dominated by the diffusion of oxygen into the interior of the metal. The oxidation of RTCr28Ni4 is controlled by the outward diffusion of oxygen to the interior and metal ions. The oxide film of RTCr18 is divided into three layers, Si O2 amorphous layer within the oxide layer formed by the outward diffusion of metal ions and oxygen inward diffusion control. The oxide films of ZG30Cr26Ni4 and RTCr28Ni4 are thin and dense, and the adhesion of the oxide film to the substrate is good. However, the oxide film of RTCr18 is thick and easily peeled off. In contrast, RTCr28Ni4 antioxidant performance of the best.
